The Governance Committee is charged with a combination of responsibilities for reviewing the IIRC’s governance. It is composed of members nominated by the Council from among its number.
The Long-term Institutional Arrangements Sub-Committee will make recommendations through the Board for consideration by the Council and Working Group for appropriate long-term institutional arrangements for the IIRC. It is composed of Working Group members. Its Chairman is Ernst Ligteringen.
The Technical Taskforce will, with the guidance of the Working Group, provide timely feedback to the Secretariat’s Technical Team and drive development of the <IR> Framework and other technical projects between Working Group meetings. It is composed of a combination of Working Group members and external experts and advisors. Its Chairman is Charles Tilley.
